As you are aware, I am sure aware, Nigerians need dollars. Mismanagement on the part of the Nigerian government is responsible for this situation! This approach, however, demonstrates that the government is incapable of addressing this issue. It has not sanctioned any action to address this crisis as the forceful opening of Dollar accounts is yet another example of statistical failure. There appears to be no other solution available to the Nigerian government than to announce the cancellation of foreign currency payments to expatriates, while their livelihood remains at risk – what a shame!
